In last servicing my new car started to have some kind of weird sound, it wasn't very loud so no one could recognize but I drive my car regularly and could see the difference and the sound was very annoying, specially coming from a new car. Other people didn't bother to look but Pat was very good to take responsibility to look at it and resolve. I am very happy that sound is gone now. It was I think just the tires, it started after tire rotation. ”

“ The wait for service check-in is what we wanted. The service manager explained what are the expectations during service - she was very helpful. The waiting area, as we understand it, is temporary. Hope the permanent wait area will be nicer. Post service location of car should be more specific so that customers could locate the car easily. ”
