When you acquire a lease, you’ll be borrowing a Toyota Camry or Corolla from an agency that holds your contract. Although we supply the car if you wish to lease, you’ll send your installments to the respective company that you’re doing business with. Plus, you can expect your monthly payments to be less expensive than financing, because the funds go toward the residual value of the Toyota rather than the actual retail price. Thanks to this aspect of the agreement, you won’t have as much upfront cash to deposit. This could provide more opportunities to spread out your earnings to areas like auto insurance.
New Vehicle Warranty and ToyotaCare
To further protect your investment in a lease, Toyota provides comprehensive guarantees. One of them is the Basic Coverage¹ warranty. This means cars like the Toyota Corolla Cross or 4Runner will receive 36 months/36,000 miles of coverage for parts and normal wear. You’ll also receive Powertrain Coverage¹, which has 60 months/60,000 miles of cost protection against faulty engine, transmission, drivetrain, airbags, and seatbelts. Additionally, you’ll have the ToyotaCare² package, which gives you two years, or up to 25,000 miles, of free maintenance services for a new Toyota model. For 2027 models and above, this program provides up to one year or 10,000 miles of routine procedures, whichever comes first. These conditions can help increase your confidence when traveling along Highway 101.
Lease End Options
As a lease gets closer to expiring, you’ll have several options to choose from. If you like taking your Toyota to destinations like the Computer History Museum, then you’ll have an opportunity to keep the car. Ask the leasing agency that has your contract to change your arrangement to financing. This will usually be in the form of a lease buyout auto loan, which works like a general finance program. If you enjoy driving a new car every few years, you’ll have a chance to continue leasing. At the end of your agreement, simply allow the current car to go back and sign up for another lease contract. Perhaps you’d like to buy a used car instead. When your agreement ends, you can return the lease to us.
