Two hours passed; I could see my car looked finished, so I asked the staff if I could take it. They refused, insisting I wait for the call. I watched my car just sitting there while I waited another hour, yet still received no call. Finally, I went back to the staff and pointed out that three hours had already gone by, asking if I could take my car. Only then did they go to get the keys. I was absolutely speechless. ”
