Performance

Once you get out on the road, you’ll see why the capabilities of the 2025 Toyota 4Runner are notable. It’s backed by a standard i-FORCE 2.4L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that can generate up to 278 horsepower and 317 lb.-ft. of torque. With this powertrain, you’ll have a generous standard 6,000-lb. maximum towing capacity5 that can haul trailers, boats, and recreational vehicles. For greater ease, the vehicle comes with standard TOW/HAUL driving modes5. This model also features three other Drive Mode Select options, including Eco, Normal, and Sport. As the driver, you can toggle between these different settings to customize your experience and ensure a smooth and efficient ride. 

Safety

Safety is important no matter whether you’re navigating rush hour on I-880 or making your way up a winding mountain road. Fortunately, with the 2025 4Runner, you’ll have top-of-the-line assistance while you’re driving thanks to the standard Toyota Safety Sense™6 suite. It comes with features such as the standard Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist7. This functionality works by identifying road markers and warning the driver when it detects the car has slipped away from its intended path. If no action is taken, it could provide help getting the vehicle back on course. The Road Sign Assist8 is another useful tool that comes standard and assists drivers in making smart choices. It’s able to determine local rules, like speed limits, and relay this back onto the instrument gauge. I received excellent service from Service Advisor Antonio Vazquez today. I came in for a 100,000-mile maintenance service for a 2016 Prius and he took care of it, no problems. He also provided a shuttle service via Lyft to bring me home and pick me up when the service was completed. Please note that this service only applies if you live within 5-6 miles from Fremont Toyota. My advice here to anyone doing maintenance is to be on top of it and READ YOUR MAINTENANCE MANUAL. I cannot stress this enough. This way, you can avoid the unnecessary services that you don't need. If you blindly accept and agree with everything they offer to you, you can be in for some very expensive invoices. Because I knew what was only necessary for my vehicle, I was able to slash 2/3 of the cost because their system is programmed to offer you EVERYTHING, even if you don't need it. Imagine my shock when they quoted me $1200 for everything but because I knew what was just needed, I whittled it down to $400, and then applied a 30% off coupon on top of it. Some key points for maintenance on a 2016 Prius: 1. Oil and filter change every 10,000 miles or 1 year. 2. Engine filter and air cabin filter change every 30,000 miles or 3 years. 3. Engine coolant change at 100,000 miles or 10 years. Replace at 50,000 miles or 5 years thereafter. 4. Spark plugs change only at 120,000 miles or 12 years. Replace again in another 120,000 miles or 12 years. 5. Hybrid Inverter coolant change at 150,000 miles or 15 years. Replace at 50,000 miles or 5 years thereafter. Thanks again for your help, Antonio, and I'm sorry for declining the other unnecessary services.

Took more than 3 hrs for oil change. After the jobs was done it take approximately 30 minutes to track down the car location by review the cameras footage. The appointment was meaningless because the customer still waiting for long times. Very disappointed.
