From the time of appointment through delivery, I was kept well informed and even offered a ride to and from the dealership. Overall, this visit was a noticeable improvement over my last experience, which was below average, but there is still room for Fremont Toyota to improve consistency in service quality, communication, and customer comfort. Two hours passed; I could see my car looked finished, so I asked the staff if I could take it. They refused, insisting I wait for the call. I watched my car just sitting there while I waited another hour, yet still received no call. Finally, I went back to the staff and pointed out that three hours had already gone by, asking if I could take my car. Only then did they go to get the keys. I was absolutely speechless. ”
