In last servicing my new car started to have some kind of weird sound, it wasn't very loud so no one could recognize but I drive my car regularly and could see the difference and the sound was very annoying, specially coming from a new car. Other people didn't bother to look but Pat was very good to take responsibility to look at it and resolve. I am very happy that sound is gone now. It was I think just the tires, it started after tire rotation. ”

Hope the permanent wait area will be nicer. Post service location of car should be more specific so that customers could locate the car easily. ”

“ Every time I go to Fremont Toyota for my service, I always look for Maria. I had service from other managers in Fremont but did not offer me the best service. Maria made sure that I receive all the service that I need and exceeded beyond that. I went for my service on a Saturday and also asked to check my A/C since I think it is acting weird. Even though it is a busy day, she made sure a technician checked my vehicle and was able to diagnose and let me know that my A/C is working well and nothing should be concerned of. On top of that, she is the only one who is offering the free carwash service. I highly recommend Maria and will definitely look for her again for my next appointment. ”

“ Took almost 3hrs for a scheduled oil change and they didn’t even provide the air dam inspection or the offered car wash because the service department does not respect their customers schedule, time or planned visit which was also lacking in service because they did not accurately advise the service received upon scheduling. ”
